Our Pastor

Reverend Renée Marshall is a native of Queens, New York who currently resides in Prince William County Virginia. Reverend Marshall graduated from York College of the City University of New York with a Bachelors of Arts degree in psychology and from Evangel Theological Seminary of Virginia where she received a Masters of Theological Studies degree. She acknowledged her calling into the gospel ministry of the Lord Jesus in the fall of 1992. In April of 1996 the Lord allowed her to be ordained an Itinerant Deacon in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and in 1998 she was ordained an Itinerant Elder.


Reverend Marshall is the founding and current pastor of Bethel A.M.E. Church in Dale City, Virginia which held its first worship service on Sunday October 22, 1999. Along with the members of Bethel, she participates in various outreach and community projects. Pastor Marshall is the co-founder of Daughters of Judah Christian Ministries which sponsors retreats, workshops and conferences to help women to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. She is also a golden life member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.



Rev. Marshall is the author of: "Called to Intimacy Know the Father through Jesus the Son." Her prayer for the body of Christ is that they always remember to: "...seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness."
